Amelia Island, Florida - November 26, 2009
The Turkey Trot 5K at the Amelia Island Plantation is growing in popularity each year. About 400 runners began their Thanksgiving Day with the 2009 Turkey Trot, on a cool, beautiful morning perfect for running. The event is untimed, but the overall male and female as well as the top three in age-groups, received awards. (See list at the bottom of this page)
