Cyclists head south on South Fletcher Avenue.	Hundreds of athletes welcomed the Jacksonville Sprint Triathlon series to its new home in Fernandina Beach on June 20. The triathlon series became a summertime fixture at Little Talbot Island before making the switch to Amelia Island. The sprint triathlon featured a quarter-mile ocean swim at Main Beach, 10-mile out-and-back bike ride on South Fletcher Avenue, and 5K run along North Fletcher Ave. Two more triathlons are scheduled, on July 18 and August 8.
