AIR's 2006 Summer Running Camp

AIR's Summer Running Camp for middle and high school students was held the week of July 10, and a great group of campers learned a lot. Our camp leaders presented tons of information to help any runner improve -- including you!

Camp's over for this year, but the info is still right here. You can find out what our campers learned by clicking these links:

Day 1: 2002 High School 5K State Champion Ryder Leary

Day 2: Let's Get Ready to Run! How to Prepare

Day 3: Training, and How to Be a Successful Runner

Day 4: Secrets to Running Your Best Race

Day 5: Resting, Refueling and Recovering After a Run

We hope this info will help you reach your goals, whether you're a beginning or experienced runner, or if you want to compete with our middle school and high school teams. And we are here to help, every step of the way! Our club has training runs every week; the days and times are on our main webpage. And if you have any questions about running, we will do our best to answer them. Just e-mail us at this address: runnernews@aol.com. We are a nonprofit club with members of all ages and abilities, who share a love of running. We want you to succeed -- and we know you can do it!
